Ingredients
- 1/3 cup buttter or light margarine
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/3 cup milk or low-fat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 2/3 cups confectioner sugar or splenda sugar/2 tsp. cornstarch
How To Make chocolate fudge frosting

Step 1Melt butter or light margarine in saucepan over medium heat. Add cocoa and heat just mixture begin to boil, stirring constantly unil smooth.

Step 2Pour into small mixter bowl and cool completely. Add contectioner sugar or Splenda sugar alternately with milk, beting to spreading consistency. Blend in vanilla.

Step 3Spread on cakes or cookies.
