2 2/3 cconfectioner sugar or splenda sugar/2 tsp. cornstarch
How to Make Chocolate Fudge Frosting
- Melt butter or light margarine in saucepan over medium heat. Add cocoa and heat just mixture begin to boil, stirring constantly unil smooth.
- Pour into small mixter bowl and cool completely. Add contectioner sugar or Splenda sugar alternately with milk, beting to spreading consistency. Blend in vanilla.
- Spread on cakes or cookies.
