Found on the computer. I change the sugar to Splenda sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup buttter or light margarine
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/3 cup milk or low-fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 2/3 cups confectioner sugar or splenda sugar/2 tsp. cornstarch

How To Make chocolate fudge frosting

  • Step 1
    Melt butter or light margarine in saucepan over medium heat. Add cocoa and heat just mixture begin to boil, stirring constantly unil smooth.
  • Step 2
    Pour into small mixter bowl and cool completely. Add contectioner sugar or Splenda sugar alternately with milk, beting to spreading consistency. Blend in vanilla.
  • Step 3
    Spread on cakes or cookies.
