Ingredients
- 1 cup white distilled vinegar
- 1-14.5 oz. can diced fire roasted tomatoes
- 1-7.5 oz. can san marcos chipotle peppers
- 1-4 oz can diced jalapenos
- 1-4 oz. can diced green chilis
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1/4 - chopped fresh onion
- 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon bay leaf, chopped
How To Make chipotle sunset sauce

Step 1Put vinegar, onion, tomatoes, jalapenos, and peppers in a pot.

Step 2Boil for 5 minutes

Step 3Add seasonings and stir frequently for 4 to 6 minutes.

Step 4Reduce heat to simmer and cover. Let simmer for 20 minutes.

Step 5Pour pot contents into blender and puree it. Enjoy over rice, wings, burgers, you name it.
