chipotle cream sauce

I first made this sauce to pour over chicken, then I let my imagination run wild. I have used it for veggies, fish and even omelets. I have also used it as a dip for fresh veggies. Hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients
- 11/2 cups milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 - chipotle peppers in adobo sauce,finely chopped or blended
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
- - salt to taste
How To Make chipotle cream sauce

Step 1Puree milk, sour cream, peppers and chicken bouillan granules in a blender til smooth. Melt butter in pan over medium heat. Pour in the chipotle puree and bring to a simmer. Season with salt. Simmer for about 10 minutes. If adding chicken, simmer about 10 minutes longer.
