chipotle cream sauce
Originally I made this Sauce for our fish tacos (which are so amazing with this); however, we soon discovered that it is great on so many things... Burgers, sandwiches, dip, fries, topping pozole, potato skins, cheesesteaks, nachos, and more!

Ingredients
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 - chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1 teaspoon adobo sauce
- 1 tablespoon juice from 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup milk
How To Make chipotle cream sauce

Step 1Blend all the ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. If the Sauce is too thick, you may add more milk.
