Ok I love this sauce whenever I get chinese food, especially with my egg rolls with some of that hot mustard (yeah I know I'm silly but that's what I like ya know,lol).

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, dark
- 1 tablespoon dry white wine
- 3 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons catsup
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
How To Make chinese sweet and sour sauce

Step 1Combine sugar,soy sauce,wine,vinegar, and catsup in saucepan, bring to a boil.

Step 2Dissolve cornstarch in water, add to sauce. Cook over low heat, stirring until sauce has thickened.
