    star anise, ground
  • 1 Tbsp
    freshly ground black or white peppe
  • 1 Tbsp
    fennel seeds, ground
  • 1 Tbsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 1 Tbsp
    cloves, ground
  • 1 Tbsp
    kosher or sea salt

How to Make Chinese 5-Spice Blend


  1. To Make: Mix all ingredients and store in airtight container
