- - 1 1/2 c fresh parsley
- - 1 1/2 c fresh cilantro
- - 1 c olive oil
- - 2 tablespoons shallot,chopped
- - 2 tablespoons garlic,chopped
- - 1/4 c fresh lemon juice
- - 1/2 t each salt and pepper
