Ingredients
- 1 cup corn oil
- 1/4 cup hot chilies, ground or crushed
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
How To Make chili oil

Step 1Heat the corn oil in a wok until it smokes.

Step 2Add the chilies.

Step 3Stir for 1 minute.

Step 4Turn off heat and set aside until it's cooled.

Step 5Strain through a coffee filter.

Step 6Add sesame oil.
