  • 1 lb
    85% lean ground beef
  • 1/2 large
    onion diced
  • 4 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 4 Tbsp
    a-1 steak sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    yellow mustard
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 3/4 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 3/4 Tbsp
    ground cumin
  • 1/16 tsp
    ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 c

How to Make Chili Dog Sauce


  1. In a 4 quart pox mix ground beef with worcestershire sauce and brown the meat.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and bring to rolling boil.
  3. Place meat into blender or food processor and blend.
  4. Return to stockpot and simmer for one hour.
  5. Serving size is approximate.
  6. Helpful hint-freeze sauce in old ice cube tray when frozen remove and place in freezer bag.
