- 1 pound 85% lean ground beef
- 1/2 large onion diced
- 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoons a-1 steak sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3/4 tablespoon chili powder
- 3/4 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1/16 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup water
How To Make chili dog sauce

Step 1In a 4 quart pox mix ground beef with worcestershire sauce and brown the meat.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients and bring to rolling boil.

Step 3Place meat into blender or food processor and blend.

Step 4Return to stockpot and simmer for one hour.

Step 5Serving size is approximate.

Step 6Helpful hint-freeze sauce in old ice cube tray when frozen remove and place in freezer bag.
