Ingredients

  • 1 pound 85% lean ground beef
  • 1/2 large onion diced
  • 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tablespoons a-1 steak sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3/4 tablespoon chili powder
  • 3/4 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1/16 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup water

How To Make chili dog sauce

  • Step 1
    In a 4 quart pox mix ground beef with worcestershire sauce and brown the meat.
  • Step 2
    Add remaining ingredients and bring to rolling boil.
  • Step 3
    Place meat into blender or food processor and blend.
  • Step 4
    Return to stockpot and simmer for one hour.
  • Step 5
    Serving size is approximate.
  • Step 6
    Helpful hint-freeze sauce in old ice cube tray when frozen remove and place in freezer bag.
