Chilean Dressing (Food for 50)

When we spent the summers in WI, we ate lots of different salads, while not quite to this volume (lol). This recipe sounded very similar to one we made and enjoyed. So when I found it in a cookbook app on my computer, I had to share!

serves 50, makes 4 1/2 quarts

  •   2 c
    salad oil
  •   1 c
    cider vinegar
  •   4 oz
  •   2 tsp
  •   2 oz
    onion, finely chopped
  •   2 c
    chili sauce
  •   1 c

How To Make

    1. Combine all ingredients. Beat on low speed until well blended. 2. Store in covered container. Shake or beat well before serving.
