A Moroccan sauce that's super garlicky and highly aromatic! Excellent over sliced steak and pork, or even as a dip pr sandwich spread. You can add a bit of crushed red pepper if you want to add a kick to it.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup Italian parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped

How To Make chermoula sauce for steak or pork

  • Step 1
    Add all ingredients in the order given to a small blender container (like a Magic Bullet) or a small food processor.
  • Step 2
    Process until almost smooth, leaving a bit of texture. Taste and adjust salt if necessary. Serve at room temperature.
