A Moroccan sauce that's super garlicky and highly aromatic! Excellent over sliced steak and pork, or even as a dip pr sandwich spread. You can add a bit of crushed red pepper if you want to add a kick to it.

- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/2 cup Italian parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
How To Make chermoula sauce for steak or pork

Step 1Add all ingredients in the order given to a small blender container (like a Magic Bullet) or a small food processor.

Step 2Process until almost smooth, leaving a bit of texture. Taste and adjust salt if necessary. Serve at room temperature.
