My go to sauce for dull steamed veggies. Not the healthiest but we don't have it often.

dry white wine
1 1/2 c
grated cheddar cheese
How To Make
In a small saucepan, over medium heat,bring cream and white wine to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium low. Cook, stirring often for 10 minutes. Stir in salt and grated cheddar. When cheese has melted, spoon over fresh steamed vegetables.
