Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
How To Make cheese sauce

Step 1In a small saucepan, over medium heat,bring cream and white wine to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium low. Cook, stirring often for 10 minutes. Stir in salt and grated cheddar. When cheese has melted, spoon over fresh steamed vegetables.
