Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon unsalted (real) butter
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard (coleman's)
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup shredded cheese of your choice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
How To Make cheese sauce

Step 1Mix milk and flour together until well mixed with no lumps. Whilst milk is still cold.

Step 2Place in pot and then add all remaining ingredients. Bring on heat and as mixture starts to get hot it will thicken up to a nice consistency. If it gets a bit too thick on you add a bit of milk until you find the right consistency.
