cheddar cheese sauce
This is the best, quickest and easiest Cheddar cheese sauce ever. I kept wanting a smooth, tasty sauce for broccoli, cauliflower, etc.. This is it! I make up a whole jar of this powder (3 or 6 times the recipe listed here), then mix 1/3 cup powder with 1 cup of milk and voila smooth cheddar sauce to die for. Note: I purchase dehydrated cheese and butter powder over the internet.
