- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon light olive oil or vegtable oil
How To Make carmelized tomatoe paste

Step 1Heat oil on medium heat. Add tomatoe paste, stirring frequently until paste carmelizes and turns a deep crimson.

Step 2You can divide by tablespoons and wrap in saran wrap and twisting the top. Place them in a freezer bag. Add to pizza sauce, soups, stews for a great tomatoe flavor inhancement.
