Butter pecan syrup on pancakes! Just yummy!

Ingredients

  •   1 c
    light corn syrup
  •   1/4 c
    water
  •   1/3 c
    butter
  •   1/8 tsp
    salt
  •   1/2 c
    coarsely chopped pecans

How To Make

    Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan; mix well. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

    Reduce heat to low; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let cool; store in an airtight container in refrigerator.

    Serve warm or at room temperature over pancakes or waffles.
