Excellent Flavor! Perfect rub for chicken, turkey, pork and beef.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons tellicherry peppercorns, coarsely ground
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon onion flakes, dehydrated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, dehydrated
  • 1 tablespoon red or green bell pepper, dehydrated
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme, dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon rosemary, dried
  • pinch cinnamon
  • pinch freshly grated nutmeg

How To Make butcher's rub

  • Step 1
    Measure all ingredients into a container and shake until thoroughly blended. Store in cool dry place. Sprinkle on meat prior to grilling. If your dehydrated ingredients are too large, give them a whirl in your food processor for a couple of seconds.
