Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons tellicherry peppercorns, coarsely ground
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon onion flakes, dehydrated
- 1 tablespoon garlic, dehydrated
- 1 tablespoon red or green bell pepper, dehydrated
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary, dried
- pinch cinnamon
- pinch freshly grated nutmeg

Step 1Measure all ingredients into a container and shake until thoroughly blended. Store in cool dry place. Sprinkle on meat prior to grilling. If your dehydrated ingredients are too large, give them a whirl in your food processor for a couple of seconds.
