- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 cup red onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon better than beef bouillon
- 1/4 cup bulleit bourbon
- 24 ounces tomato sauce
How To Make bulleit bourbon bbq sauce

Step 1In a large saucepan add the oil and saute the red onion, garlic and salt until onion is softened. Add the beef bouillon stir to dissolve the paste. Add the tomato sauce and bourbon.

Step 2Reduce heat to a simmer and simmer about 40 minutes. Stirring occasionally

Step 3Place in jars and put in water bath for 15 minutes. Or you can refrigerate it for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
