buffalo hot wing & finger sauce

We are from Buffalo & used to order chicken fingers and wings from a bar/restaurant by our house that closed up many years ago. LOVED their finger/wing sauce! This is very close to theirs!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 or 2 pinches garlic powder
How To Make buffalo hot wing & finger sauce

Step 1Melt margarine in small saucepan. Add hot sauce. Add ketchup. And then add sugar.

Step 2Heat to boiling till it looks glossy & a bit thickened. Add garlic powder & remove from heat.

Step 3Coat chicken wings or fingers by dipping or shaking in a lidded bowl.
