Ingredients
- 18 large tomatoes
- 6 medium onions
- 2 - green pepper
- 4 cups vinegar (i like apple cider)
- 3 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 tablespoon salt
How To Make brown family chili sauce for canning

Step 1Blanche tomatoes, peel and chop course. Chop onions and peppers course, add to large stock pot and boil until thick 31/2 to 4 hours.

Step 2Put in canning jars according to directions and use hot water bath method. Use on meats, great on meatloaf, pork, experiment with it. Nice sweet sour flavor.
