- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons cold water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make blueberry syrup

Step 1Combine blueberries and apple juice in a bender and whirl together. Place the mixture in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Mix cornstarch and water together and add to the blueberry mixture. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add vanilla and stir. Allow to cool slightly before using as a topping for pancakes or french toast.
