Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/4 cup blue cheese such as smokehaus blue, crumbled
- 1/2 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
How To Make blue cheese butter

Step 1In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix until blended.

Step 2Scoop the mixture onto the center of some parchment or wax paper and gather the sides to compact the butter.

Step 3Fold one side over and form a log, curling your fingers under to tighten it up. Roll it up to the other side and twist the ends tight. To prevent it from opening, fold the ends under.

Step 4Chill until it hardens, about 2 hours.
