betty's spicy asian dipping sauce
Peanut butter, sweet chilli sauce and hoisin sauce makes this dipping sauce tart, sweet and tangy. Use to dip Vietnamese rice paper rolls, dumplings (pot stickers), Spring rolls (Egg rolls) or what ever takes your fancy. NOTE - Hoisin sauce is found in the Asian section of your supermarket or Asian Grocers. Hoisin sauce is a sweet and spicy, deep red southern Chinese sauce.

- - 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- - 1/3 cup sweet chilli sauce
- - 2 tablespoons cruchy peanut butter
- - 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- - 2 tablespoons water
- - long red chilli, seeded and finely chopped **optional
