LOVE JAP! This is my first submission, but thought with so many making prime rib, for the Christmas Holiday this may come in handy. I hope you receive as many compliments as I have on this simple but unique sauce.

- - horseradish to taste (i use several tbsp.)
- - juice of 1 orange
- - pinch of white or black pepper
