Back in the 50's, early 60's my family and I went to a neighbors house for dinner. The dad made this great tasting hamburger and I remember him telling me it was the bercy butter on the burger!

- 2 ounces diced shallots
- 4 ounces melted butter
- 6 ounces white wine
- - chopped parsely for garnish
How To Make bercy butter

Step 1add shallots to melted butter. Add the white wine and reduce this mixture by 1/3. Add chopped parsley for garnish
