  • 1/4 c
  • 1 small
    onion -- chopped
  • 1 clove
    garlic -- chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 c
    coors light beer
  • 2 c
    chili sauce
  • 2 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp

How to Make Beerbacue Sauce


  1. Heat oil and saute onion and garlic until soft.
  2. Add lemon juice, beer, chili sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire and salt.
  3. Cook over medium heat until sauce bubbles, about 5 minutes.
