Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup brown ale beer
- 4 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- salt and pepper, to taste
- hot sauce, to taste
How To Make beer cheese

Step 1Add butter to a small saucepan. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Pour in the beer and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool.

Step 2Place the cheese, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, Dijon mustard, dry mustard, salt, and pepper in a food processor. Add the beer mixture and process until smooth.
