How to Make Beer Batter for Fish, Megan's
- Combine flour, salt and paprika, add beer. Blend well. Cut fish into pieces, dip in batter. Get oil bubbling then drop fish into hot oil and remove when it floats to the top. Do in several batches so the fish doesn't stick together. When done it will float, be slightly brown, and the batter will puff up. Drain well on paper towels and serve with tartar sauce.
