Ingredients
- 6 0r 7 tablespoons butter
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 5 cups milk
- few pinch grated fresh nutmeg
How To Make bechamelle sauce

Step 1in large frying pan, melt butter . add flour , stirring and cook until golden.

Step 2in a defferent small sauce pan, heat milk almost to boiling .

Step 3add milk to pan with flour and butter and keep wisking , making sure there are no lumps . cook for five minutes on medium heat , keep stirring . done . ready to use in recipes
