i use MARIO BATALI bechamelle sauce . i use this sauce in my different lasagna and my veggie lasagna

Ingredients

  • 6 0r 7 tablespoons butter
  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • 5 cups milk
  • few pinch grated fresh nutmeg

How To Make bechamelle sauce

  • Step 1
    in large frying pan, melt butter . add flour , stirring and cook until golden.
  • Step 2
    in a defferent small sauce pan, heat milk almost to boiling .
  • Step 3
    add milk to pan with flour and butter and keep wisking , making sure there are no lumps . cook for five minutes on medium heat , keep stirring . done . ready to use in recipes
