How to Make bechamelle sauce
1in large frying pan, melt butter . add flour , stirring and cook until golden.
2in a defferent small sauce pan, heat milk almost to boiling .
3add milk to pan with flour and butter and keep wisking , making sure there are no lumps . cook for five minutes on medium heat , keep stirring .
