How To Make
in large frying pan, melt butter . add flour , stirring and cook until golden.
in a defferent small sauce pan, heat milk almost to boiling .
add milk to pan with flour and butter and keep wisking , making sure there are no lumps . cook for five minutes on medium heat , keep stirring .
done . ready to use in recipes
