Cooking for a crowd of people in camp is always fun, but I have never liked figuring out what amounts are needed for a big crowd. I love putting BBQ sauce on everything from chicken to steak (on the side) and ribs of course. Here's one I found in a cookbook application on my computer that sounds easy!

Ingredients
- 12 cups ketchup (a #10 can)
- 3 cups cider vinegar
- 12 ounces sugar
- 4 ounces salt
- 4 ounces onion, grated
How To Make bbq sauce, uncooked (food for 50)

Step 1Mix all ingredients. Pour over meat or chicken. Follow cooking directions for meat or poultry.

Step 2Notes: 1/2 oz (1/4 cup) dehydrated onion may be substituted for the fresh onion.
