Cooking for a crowd of people in camp is always fun, but I have never liked figuring out what amounts are needed for a big crowd. I love putting BBQ sauce on everything from chicken to steak (on the side) and ribs of course. Here's one I found in a cookbook application on my computer that sounds easy!

How to Make BBQ Sauce, uncooked (Food for 50)


  1. Mix all ingredients. Pour over meat or chicken. Follow cooking directions for meat or poultry.
  2. Notes: 1/2 oz (1/4 cup) dehydrated onion may be substituted for the fresh onion.
