1The first 7 ingredients is for grilled chicken only. All 10 ingredients is for grilled ribs. Boil all ingredients for a few minutes before brushing on meat.
2Grill chicken over a charcoal or gas grill, brushing periodically with sauce.
3If cooking ribs sear over hot coals and then put in baking dish and pour sauce over the top. Cover with foil and cook at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours or until tender. Uncover after 2 1/2 hours and let brown.
