Very good sauce, makes quite a bit, freezes well, if you have left-overs. This is a very forgiving recipe. Put your mind on it, and add creative hat on head and surprise yourself with what you can add or take away and make this your own. Have fun!

Ingredients
- 2 - (no. 10) cans catsup
- 2 - (no.10) cans tomato puree
- 12 - large onions
- 1 lb. - butter
- 2 cups - vinegar
- 3 cup - worcestershire sauce
- 3 cup - lemon juice, fresh, or bottled
- 2 to 3 - medium bottles liquid smoke
- 1 cup - mustard
- 2 cup - allspice
- 4 1/2 cup - sugar, handful salt

Step 1In large pot, or dutch oven, cook onions in butter until yellow. Add other ingredients. Simmer 1 1/2 hour.
