Everyone loves it and asks what brand it is .. its not a bottled sauce, its my own version . Try it , you'll like it.

Ingredients

- 1 cup open pit "original" bbq sauce
- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar ( you can add more or less )
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 2 tbs water
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke (optional)

How To Make bbq sauce

Step 1

place all ingredients in small sauce pan ... stir until ingredients are blended ... cook and stir on low/med heat until hot but not quite boiling. Baste your favorite meats once browned.

Step 2

Note: This sauce is good for Sloppy Joes also, reducing the liquid smoke to your desired taste.
