3 cleftover pork roast
1/2 mediumonion, chopped
2 clovegarlic, minced
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
1/2 clight brown sugar
1/4 capple cider vinegar
How to Make BARBECUED PULLED PORK BY ELLEN
- Shred the leftover pork and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, cook the onion and garlic in the oil until onion is soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add all the other ingredients except pork to the cooked onion and garlic, and mix thoroughly.
- Stir the mixture into the pulled pork and blend well. Serve on hamburger buns and enjoy! Refrigerate any unused portions.
