Though I love slow-cooked pork roast, I was getting tired of leftovers and was in a quandary as to what I could do with them. I had never tried pulled pork before so I started thinking about a sauce. I looked around the pantry and decided I had enough things on hand to make a decent barbecue sauce. And that is how this recipe was born. My photo 03-02-2017
