Ingredients
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic,minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or canola oil.
- 3/4 cup apple juice
- 1/2 - of a 6oz.can of tomato paste (1/3 cup)
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make barbecue sauce

Step 1(1)In a medium saucepan cook onion and garlic in hot oil until onion is tender. (2)Stir in apple juice,tomato paste,vinegar,brown sugar,molasses,paprika,horseradish,Worcestershire sauce,salt,pepper. (3)Bring to a boil;reduce heat.Simmer,uncovered,about 30 minutes or until desired consistency,stirring occasionally.

Step 2To use, brush chicken,pork,or beef with some of the sauce during the last 10 minutes of grilling. If desired,reheat and pass additional sauce. (cover and chill any leftovers for up to 3 days.)
