- 7.75 ounces junior peach cobbler, baby food in jar
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 - garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon mace, ground
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
How To Make barbecue sauce for hot dogs

Step 1NOTE: If the baby food is not available, you could use the same amount of finely chopped peaches, if canned, well drained before chopping.

Step 2Combine all the ingredients thoroughly.

Step 3Core the hot dogs diagonally on three sides.

Step 4Barbecue basting with the sauce about three times while they are cooking - You can also use this on pork or chicken or the heated sauce in a chafing dish with sliced hot dogs.

Step 5Makes about 1 1/2 cups of sauce, (enough for 2 pounds of hot dogs).
