This Alfredo sauce is just as good if not better than your favorite restaurants! Just remember that alfredo sauce needs to be eaten immediately... does not reheat well and so making it ahead of time or having leftovers including it, is not a wise idea! So enjoy it after you cook it as it is delish as well as extemely versatile! You can make it your own by adding your own spices, veggies, etc.

Ingredients

How to Make Awesome Alfredo Sauce

Step-by-Step

  1. Before you start, make sure that you have a double boiler to melt this sauce in. It just doesn't work in a normal pan.
  2. Cut your room temp. softened cream cheese into cubes. Add all ingredients to double boiler. MAKE SURE THAT YOUR CUP OF PARMESAN CHEESE IS FRESH AND NOT THAT STUFF IN THE PLASTIC JAR. Stir mixture for about 15 minutes until it is all blended together and smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.

    TIPS & REMINDERS:
Is not good reheated so eat immediately.
I like to add garlic powder to the mixture right before serving.
Make sure that while its melting that you keep CONSTANTLY stirring it.

    ENJOY!
