Ingredients For asian essentials: stir fry sauce

  • PLAN/PURCHASE
  • 1/2 c
    tamari, or liquid aminos
  • 1/3 c
    filtered water
  • 2 Tbsp
    rice wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh clover honey
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornstarch, or arrowroot powder
  • 2 tsp
    sriracha sauce, or to taste
  • 1 tsp
    sesame oil, toasted variety
  • 1 tsp
    ground ginger

    Gather your ingredients (mise en place).

    Place all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk together.

    Place into a non-reactive jar and store in the fridge until ready to use.

    This sauce will last from 7 to 10 days, if properly sealed.
