  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 1 1/2 cups homemade apple jelly or store bought
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons jack daniel bourbon
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground clove

How To Make apple bourbon glaze

  • Step 1
    In a sauce pan over medium heat, melt the apple jelly. Whisk in the mustard. bourbon, lemon juice, and apple juice, and ground cloves. and remove from heat once it has thickened a little, brush over your meat.
