- 1 1/2 cups homemade apple jelly or store bought
- 2 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons jack daniel bourbon
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground clove

Step 1In a sauce pan over medium heat, melt the apple jelly. Whisk in the mustard. bourbon, lemon juice, and apple juice, and ground cloves. and remove from heat once it has thickened a little, brush over your meat.
