- 1/4 cup Shaoxing wine or dry sherry
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 cup corn starch
