Ingredients

  • 1 package italian sausage, sweet(cut up)about 2 inch
  • 2 lg cans tomato sauce
  • 3 cans tomato paste
  • 1 can curshed tomatoes with green chili
  • 1 can whole tomatos(optional)
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 large onion(chopped)
  • 3 large peppers(chopped)
  • 1 can black olives(sliced)
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoons grape jelly
  • 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

How To Make all day spahetti sauce

  • Step 1
    cut up sausage about 2 inch pieces,put in frying pan cook half way,it will cook in the sauce,get out your crock pot,I put it on high to start, add butter onions,peppers,mushrooms,olives,let butter melted to flavor the vegetables and soften a little for about 10 to 20mins after melts,stir
  • Step 2
    than add sauce,paste,crushed tomatoes,whole tomatoes,stir,add seasoning,jelly,you will not taste the jelly it brakes up the acid,cheese.turn the crock pot to low until about a half of hour before its time to eat I put it on high .I do turn it back down when we are eating.
  • Step 3
    make this first thing in the morning I start it at 8am and it cooks til 6pm til my husband comes home, the long it cooks the better!
