- 4 oz
- butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp
- minced/crushed garlic
- 3/4 c
- parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 1/4 c
- half-n-half or carnation evap milk
- salt & pepper to taste
Stir in half of the cream or whatever you decide to you for your sauce and warm through while stirring. Heat a couple minutes.
Add remaining cream and rest of cheese, salt & pepper. Turn pasta over gently into sauce and warm through. Sauce will thicken quickly. Use more cheese if you like.
Ready to serve with crusty bread and add any add'l options you've prepared, i.e. bacon bits, mushrooms, steak, chicken, grilled shrimp.
