Great thin Carolina red sauce, not as hot as #1 but every bit as good.

Ingredients For #2 bbq sauce

  • 1 1/2 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 1 tsp
    brown sugar
  • 1-tsp
    salt
  • 1-Tbsp
    red pepper flakes

How To Make #2 bbq sauce

  • 1
    Add all together and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20min
  • 2
    Fill prepared pint jars and let seal
