#1 bbq sauce
This is a thin Carolina type sauce, it does not need refrigerated, even after opening. It's great on pulled pork or chicken, if you want to upgrade it to #1+ sauce add another 1/4 tsp cayenne powder and another 1/2 tsp red pepper flake.

Ingredients
- 2-c - apple cider vinegar
- 2-c - water
- 1 1/2-c - brown sugar
- 7 Tbsp - sorghum or molasses
- 2 1/2 tsp - garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp - cayenne pepper
- 1-tsp - onion powder
- 1-tsp - dry mustard
- 2-Tbsp - honey
- 1/2 tsp - red pepper flakes
- 4 1/2 Tbsp - tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp - smoke salt
How To Make #1 bbq sauce

Step 1Add all ingredients together in a pan and bring to a boil. Decrease heat and let simmer 30 min
