Ingredients: 1 bottle(s) beer of choice (personally i use coors); 1 cup(s) southern comfort (or whiskey of choice); 4 dash(es) bitters; 3 clove(s) pressed garlic; 1 small onion- minced; 2 tablespoon(s) horseradish sauce; 2 tablespoon(s) mustard, spicy brown; 2 tablespoon(s) tobassco- optional; - water to cover

I use this recipe for everything I marinade, including fish. I usually marinate overnight and can be used as an ingredient to gravy after for potatoes

Ingredients For universal marinade

1 bottle

beer of choice (personally i use coors)
1 c

southern comfort (or whiskey of choice)
4 dash

bitters
3 clove

pressed garlic
1 sm

onion- minced
2 Tbsp

horseradish sauce
2 Tbsp

mustard, spicy brown
2 Tbsp

tobassco- optional
water to cover

How To Make universal marinade

Mix all except the water. Dip meat in to coat then add water. Marinate at least three hours.
