I made this up to season our fajita meat. It is very good.

  • 1/4 c
    lime juice
  • 1/3 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 4 clove
    garlic, crushed
  • 2 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 2 dash(es)
    liquid smoke flavoring
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp

How to Make Tracie's Fajita Marinade


  1. Mix everything in a large marinating pan.
  2. Add the sliced meat and chopped onions and bell peppers you are using to make the fajitas with.
  3. Marinate this overnight or at least 2 hours.
