My husband and I used to do cook-outs of meat, pork, beef or turkey, in large amounts for customer appreciation dinners for some of the elevators, for the farmers families; This is the "special" stuff we used to pour over the meat, once it was cooked and sliced, then layered in an electric oven and kept on low, makes the meat taste "delicious"!!

Ingredients

  • 1 large can umsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 large bottle of worcestershire sauce
  • 1 - bottle of liquid smoke
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon onion salt
  • 1 cup morton's sugar cure for ham
  • 1 teaspoon flavoring from packet with ham cure

How To Make the stuff

  • Step 1
    Place a funnel in an empty gallon milk jug, and add all the ingredients and shake well...fill jug to the top with water, cap. Store in refrigerator.. Pour over your cooked sliced meats as desired, and steam to tenderize in your crock-pot or portable electric ovens. Enjoy!!
