Teriyaki Marinade

From a friend who was stationed in Germany with me. Debbie Sills, thank you for your great receipe.

A Home Made marinade.. soak any type of meat in it over night and grill. Wonderful Flavor. Use for basting during cooking

1 tsp
whole pepper corns
1/4 c
vegetable oil
1/4 c
soy sauce, dark
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
2 Tbsp
brown sugar
1/2 tsp
ground ginger


1Combine all ingredients and shake well.
2Place prepared meat in a container with a sealed lid and pour marinade over the meat. Soak for at least 2 hours but over night is best.. Grill and enjoy
3Note: Can be used for basting meats as they cook, great on chicken wings
