I loaded a batch of this to the big spice container I bought at Costco and no one knew I had make our own mix. This one uses up those older spices so well you won't be dumping old spices..

Makes 8 pouches
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dried minced onions
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon paprika
How To Make taco seasoning mix-mild

Step 1Add all ingredients to the food processor and mix thoroughly till this spice mix becomes a fine powder. Place in a large spice container and tape the recipe to the front so you can make more!

Step 2Add 2 Tablespoons to ground meat after you have removed the excess fat. Add 1/2 Cup water and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Step 3If you want the seasonings to be hotter add some cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes.
