This Marinade is great for any cut of meat or vegetables. I Marinade Steak overnight, Chicken 4 hours, Fish, an hour.The secret is the Pineapple Juice, it acts as anatural tenderizer. This makes a great Ham glaze.

- 1 cup terryaki sauce
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
- 4 - scallions chopped, green and white parts included

Step 1Whisk to combine, let sit about a half an hour to marry flavors and develop marinade.
